Losing Weight, a Rewarding Journey

I am down 60 pounds so far in a little over 1 year using the HMR® at Home Diet. I think these photos tell it all. It is more about living then just weight loss. It’s great to feel good. By the way, my wife Lori, has been my biggest supporter and is down 40 pounds herself.
